COLLECTIONS of DELINQUENT TAXES - TaxServ

The vast majority of Old Lyme taxpayers pay their taxes on time. The Town of Old Lyme has contracted with TaxServ Capital Services, a Connecticut-based collection agency, to collect previous years of delinquent Motor Vehicle property taxes due to the town.

If you receive a letter from TaxServ, you must call TaxServ to discuss those outstanding taxes and to arrange for payment. The delinquent taxes being collected by TaxServ will not be payable through our town website or at the Old Lyme Tax Office.
