Fred Verillo Bio: "I am a self-taught Photographer with a portfolio that covers a varied range of subjects and styles over 40 years. I moved from Brooklyn, NY to Old Lyme in 2018. There I was a member of Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition from 2006-2018 where I participated in 3 shows each year. Exhibited work at many galleries and locations in Brooklyn and was a re-ocurring photographic contributor at 3 Starbucks locations in Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and Cobble Hill areas Brooklyn. Most recently at the Hygienic Gallery in New London (I am a contributing member). In November 2017 I was awarded 2nd Place overall and an honorable Mention for two works in "The F-Stops Here" a juried show for photographers. This June I was again selected to show my work in a juried show at the Hygienic and have been selected to participate in SailFest in July. I was a featured artist in a multi artist show at the New Haven Pride Center in February 2018. I currently contribute to the Facebook group "Show Me Your New York City"."
