c.   Treasurers Report: Approval of Report for Dec 2019-February 2020

d.   Matters relevant to HMC at State Level

      CT Port Authority - meeting March 17 hopefully to award SHIP2 grants

              a.  Application COP Eversource to change out utility pole at DEEP Marine Fisheries          Headquarters, Review and Approve

       Status of receiving funds from CT Port Authority for the design and permitting of Water Access Project – Next steps: Apply for SHIP grant when SHIP 3 application period begins
