Devin Carney was on hand to present citations to both Judy Tooker and Tim Griswold for their many years of service to the residents and Town of Old Lyme. Judy was elected Registrar of Voters in 1979 and served 12 years in that position before being elected in 1993 as the Tax Collector. Timothy C. Griswold spent 18 years on the Board of Finance also starting in 1979 and an additional 18 years as the First Selectman totaling 36 years of Service.
