Legal Notice Town of Old Lyme
A certified list of Democratic party-endorsed candidates for Registrar of Voters will be on file with the Office of the Secretary of the State, 165 Capitol Street, Hartford, Connecticut, and copies thereof will be available for public distribution. A primary will be held August 13, 2024, if the required primary petition(s) for opposition candidate(s) is filed, pursuant to Sections 9-382 to 9-450 of the Connecticut General Statutes, not later than 4:00 p.m. on June 11, 2024. Petition forms, instructions and information concerning the procedure for filing of opposing candidacies, including schedules, may be obtained from Jennifer Datum, Democratic Registrar of Voters, or Catherine Carter, Republican Registrar of Voters, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT. Also, a list of Democratic party-endorsed candidates for Justices of the Peace is on file in my office at 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT, and copies thereof are available for public distribution.
