Minutes of the August 1, 2007 Town Woods Park Operating Committee meeting.
Present: Don Bugbee, Bob Dunn, Lee Duran, Glynn McAraw, Phil Neaton, Roger Zito
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.
Bob Dunn initiated discussions about the purchasing of plaques that are proposed to be placed in the Building at Town Woods Park. The plaques will list all the Building Committee Members, Selectmen, Engineers and Contractors etc who were involved with the planning and establishment of Town Woods Park. Bob indicated that he had recently taken over this task from previously assigned Building Committee Members and that he was scheduled to meet with Matt Conroy, of Gull Associates, to review the process of developing and purchasing these plaques.
Phil Neaton made a motion, seconded by Glynn McAraw, to develop and purchase these plaques, at a cost not to exceed $750. The motion passed unanimously.
