Minutes of the June 7, 2007 Town Woods Park Operating Committee meeting.
Present: Don Bugbee, Bob Dunn, Glynn McAraw, Phil Neaton
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.
Bob Dunn indicated that a meeting needed to be scheduled with the Building Committee to discuss construction fencing installation and related costs for the Phase 2 project. No date was set.
Bob Dunn initiated discussions about the purchase of a Concession Stand “Open” flag, to help the users of the Park realize the stand is in operation. Bob stated that the purchase price was $68.98 for the flag and $36.98 for the pole and base unit. The total price would be $105.96. Phil Neaton made a motion, seconded by Glynn McAraw, to purchase the flag, pole and base unit as stated. The motion passed unanimously.
Glynn McAraw made a motion, seconded by Phil Neaton, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was unanimously approved and the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 pm.
