The Tax Collector is responsible for the collection of all monies due to the Town including, but not limited to:
Real Estate Taxes
Motor Vehicle Taxes
Personal Property Taxes
The Collector is also responsible for reporting fiscal information to the various Town Departments, Boards and Commissions, the State of Connecticut and the United States Bureau of the Census.

TOWN OF OLD LYME
TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given the Taxpayers of the Town of Old Lyme that the second installment of a tax of 18.2 mills on the dollar laid on the grand list of October 1, 2006 is due January 1, 2008. Also due on that date are the supplemental Motor Vehicle tax bills.
Payments must be made on or before February 1, 2008 to avoid penalty. Any payment made after that date will be charged interest at the rate of 11/2% per month going back to the due date. (February interest is 3%)
Payments may be made at the Old Lyme Town Hall, 52 Lyme St., mailed to the Old Lyme Tax Office, P.O. Box 482, Old Lyme, CT 06371 or paid online at www.oldlyme-ct.gov.
