Parking Ticket Appeal Procedure
Appeals must be made in writing and addressed to:
First Selectman
Town of Old Lyme
52 Lyme Street
Old Lyme, CT 06371
Include the original ticket received.
Include a written statement indicating the reason(s) you believe the ticket should be waived.
Appeals received without a written statement or received later than 10 days from the ticket date will not be considered.
You will receive written notice from the First Selectman indicating whether your fine has been upheld or waived.
Additional fines will not accrue while an appeal is being considered.
Follow payment instructions on the ticket.
Payments may also be made in person at the Town Hall at 52 Lyme Street (cash or check only);
