Dog Licensing Information
The Town of Old Lyme has a zero tolerance policy regarding dog licensing.
As per State Statute Sec. 22:338-342, dog owners must provide proof of rabies inoculation and register their dogs with the Town Clerk's office annually in June.
The Town Clerk mails reminder notices to owners of currently licensed dogs. If your dog is deceased or no longer lives with you, or if you move out of Old Lyme, please notify the Town Clerk.
Current licensing fees are: $8 per dog ($19 for unspayed/unneutered) and $51 per kennel. Contact the Town Clerk (434-1605, ext. 221) with questions about dog licensing. |
