OLD LYME INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING/SITE WALK
SATURDAY, JANUARY 28, 2012
1. Call to order: Present were members Janet Bechtel, David McCulloch, Louis DiCamillo, and Sabine O’Donnell, IWEO Ann Brown, and applicant’s engineer Joe Wren, and member of the public Arnette McCulloch.
2. 9:00 a.m. – Joseph Fedorich – 13 Champlain Drive – Garage Family Room
Addition 24 x 28 and a 4 x 18 covered front entry way.
Mr. Wren explained to the Commission that the addition will be constructed on the west side of the house where there currently is a paved driveway area. Approximately 590 sf of pavement to the east of the proposed addition will be removed, and a vehicle turning area will be added to the east of the present driveway. The turn around will be approximately 30 feet from the wetlands edge.
