- Call to order. Chairman Diana Atwood Johnson called the meeting to order at 8.30am, and welcomed new member Kurt Zemba.
Voting members present: Diana Johnson, Peter Cable, Bill Dunbar, Evan Griswold, Ted Kiritsis, Bruce Baratz, Amanda Blair and Kurt Zemba.
Absent:
- Naming of voting alternates

- Election of chairman, vice chairman and secretary
Evan Griswold made a motion to select Diana Atwood Johnson as chairperson, seconded by Bill Dunbar, unanimous vote.
Evan Griswold made a motion to select Peter Cable as vice chairman, seconded by Bill Dunbar, unanimous vote.
Evan Griswold made a motion to select Peter Cable for secretary, seconded by Bill Dunbar, unanimous vote.
