SUBJECT: Public Works Garage Improvement Committee
Thank you for agreeing to serve on the Public Works Garage Improvement Committee.
The purpose of the Committee is to evaluate the Public Works Garage facility, including
the buildings and the grounds, and to make recommendations to the Board of Selectmen
about possible improvements to the facilities.
The Committee should prepare a written report by the end of February outlining its
recommendations. The report should indicate when improvements should be made (in
which fiscal year) along with rough estimates of cost.
An initial meeting has been scheduled on Thursday December 13th at 4:00 PM in the
meeting room of Christ the King Church. Please confirm your attendance by calling
