Town of Old Lyme Open Space Committee Meeting
Gerr Property, Old Lyme
Minutes: January 19, 2007
The OSC met at 09:00 at the property of Carl Gerr, 218 Whippoorwill Road, as per email special meeting call from Chairman Diana Atwood Johnson. In attendance were members Amanda Blair, Peter Cable, Ted Crosby, George James, Diana Atwood Johnson, Ted Kiritsis, and David McCulloch. Also attending was Judy Glover.
The OSC members conducted a tour of the 53 acre site for the purpose of determining suitability for potential acquisition as open space. Following the survey on motion by Peter, second by David, the OSC voted unanimously to authorize an appraisal as prelude for potential purchase of the property.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30.
