At 9am on Friday, May 11, Dave Kozak, Senior Coastal Planner for the Office of Long Island Sound Programs, will make a presentation to the Open Space Committee on a study done of the Black Hall River. Our meeting will be held at the Old Lyme Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library in the Community Room. The Open Space Committee welcomes any guests who would like to attend.
