Are You 17 "going on" 18??
If you are 17 years old and will turn age 18 on or before Election Day, you can register to vote and can participate in a primary.
This means, if your birthday is on or before November 8, 1998, you can register to vote in this year's Primaries and Election.

        Presidential Preference Primary (April 26, 2016);
        State Senator and State Representative Primary (August 9, 2016);
        Presidential Election (November 8, 2016).

Remember that Connecticut only allows enrolled members of the major party to vote in Presidential and State Primaries.

Voter Registration forms for in-person registration are available at the Town Hall, either from the Registrars of Voters or from the Town Clerk.
