As you undoubtedly know, February 17, 2010 marked the one year anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In the twelve months that have passed since the Recovery Act was signed by President Obama, a significant amount of activity has occurred here in Connecticut.
In an effort to memorialize the efforts and initiatives already underway, my office has prepared an overview report cataloguing Connecticut's Recovery Act implementation activities. In addition, the report reflects on the challenges encountered and the initiatives to come.
